Refund policy

At Artreeoil, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and fair return experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the artwork.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in its original condition
The artwork should be securely packaged for safe transportation
Original packaging is recommended whenever possible

If the original packaging is unavailable or damaged, customers should use suitable protective packaging to help prevent damage during return transit.

 

Made-to-Order Artwork

As most artworks are hand-painted and made to order, minor variations in texture, brushwork, and color may occur as part of the handmade artistic process.

If you have concerns about your order, please contact us before initiating a return request.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the artwork
Photos of the outer packaging
A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

For confirmed shipping damage or fulfillment errors, return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is requested for personal reasons (such as preference changes), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error or damage caused during transit.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as customers remain responsible for returned items until they are received by us.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Approved return items must be shipped within 14 days after return authorization.

 

Refund Processing

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Estimated processing times:

PayPal / Shop Pay: approximately 3 business days
Credit card refunds: typically 7–15 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following situations:

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery 
Returns sent without prior authorization 
Items returned in heavily used or altered condition 
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
