Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

 

Order Processing & Handling Time

Since every artwork is individually hand-painted upon order, please allow time for creation and quality inspection.

Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT-08:00)

Handling Time (Production): 7 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Approval Process: Once the painting is finished, we will send you photos/videos for review. We request your confirmation within 48 hours to stay on schedule.

 

Transit Time & Delivery

After your artwork is completed and approved, it is shipped via premium international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Transit Time: 7 - 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 14 - 19 Business Days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, Artreeoil handles the complexity of international trade for you:

Import Duties: Included in the product price for U.S. customers.

Sales Tax: If applicable, sales tax will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page before payment.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey through the carrier’s official website.
